SUP Yoga combines yoga with a paddle board and allows students to practice postures on the board instead of a mat while surrounded by water and nature. Students can personalize the experience to accommodate their activity level for that class, whether it's wanting more of a challenge or a gentle/relaxing class. Joy Yoga was born out of the desire to share the benefits of yoga with everybody from competitive athletes to spectators. SUP Joy Yoga classes guide students through postures with a focus on proper alignment and include frequently tight areas such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders and neck. Joy Yoga welcomes all levels of students to experience the benefits yoga has to offer and to find their own joy with SUP Yoga.
