Hellbender Bed and Beverage

Hellbender Bed & Beverage has become the temporary home of Bistro Roca, a legendary Blowing Rock hidden gem. Enjoy many of the same storied favorites from Bistro Roca at Hellbender. 

The 1921 building, the former Sunshine Inn and Crippens Country Inn, has been renovated and modernized by the team behind Gideon Ridge Inn and Bistro Roca. Hellbender Bed and Beverage cuisine is modern American, Southern inspired small plates and full meals, complimented by an impressive selection of local ales, fine wines and seasonal cocktails.

Brunch is served on Saturdays & Sundays.
