Green Mountain Creek Falls

This 20-foot tall waterfall is located just outside of Blowing Rock on the scenic “Little Parkway,” US Highway 221. Park at the gravel pull-off just south of the waterfall and cross the road to see the falls close-up. 

Several more roadside waterfalls can be found sprinkled along this NC Scenic Byway, between the Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Blowing Rock.
