In 1994 Tim Miller envisioned bringing the finest art in the Southeast to Blowing Rock, thus Blowing Rock Frameworks & Gallery, LTD. was created. Starting out with established local artists, the gallery grew into a core of internationally recognized artists that has been growing each year.
