The High Country Jazz Festival presented by Mast General Store with additional support from Explore Boone has a fabulous line-up for its third annual festival including the Brubeck Brothers Quartet (June 7), Jazzmeia Horn (June 8), and Ziad (June 9).

The three headliners will perform on the stage at the Appalachian Theatre of the High Country, a historic Art Deco theatre built in 1938, renovated, and restored to a 629-seat state-of-the-art performance venue which reopened to audiences in October 2019. Other events will include a lecture at the Blowing Rock Art & History Museum, a free performance on the lawn at the Jones House Cultural Center in Downtown Boone, jazz brunches and lunches, and a jam session after the performances on Friday and Saturday evenings (so bring your horn! and sit in on a set).

2024 High Country Jazz Festival Headliner Schedule:

Brubeck Brothers Quartet on Friday, June 7th, 7:30 pm

Jazzmeia Horn on Saturday, June 8th, 7:30 pm

Ziad on Sunday, June 9th, 3 pm

Tickets for individual performances are available, as well as a ticket package that includes tickets to all three paid performances. (https://www.apptheatre.org/highcountryjazzfestival)
