Presented by The Children’s Playhouse, BuildFest is the High Country's most amazing, joyful, free STEAM event for kids aged 2-12.  BuildFest will return to Watauga High School on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 and will feature 100 hands-on activities, a giant Cardboard City, Touch a Truck, an Amazing Science Show and more.
