Willow's Edge Cabin
Welcome to Willow's Edge Cabin! Our cozy cabin is located in Vilas, NC just minutes from downtown Boone and App State, Valle Crucis, Blowing Rock and a short drive to ski areas. Sitting on one acre on the side of a mountain in the woods with other cabins, Willow's Edge feels secluded but not too remote.
The cabin is our home away from home for our family, and we want you and your family to feel that way too! It is big enough to sleep 6. Feel at home in one of our two master king suites or the cozy loft with a full bed and a futon. We have stocked the cabin with fresh bedding and bath linens to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, including a variety of spices and cooking oils. We provide ground coffee and sugar to use for our drip coffee maker, or you may bring your favorite K-cups from home to use with our Keurig. Enjoy your morning cup of joe or tea on our expansive deck and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the mountains!
Willow's Edge is equipped with two smart televisions so you may log into your own streaming accounts. We also have a gas log fireplace in the main living area, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth stereo for your use. *We do have exterior security cameras for everyone's safety and security.*
There is an electronic keypad entry on front door, where you and your family will have a unique, custom code for the duration of your stay.
Willow's Edge is PET FRIENDLY! We also keep a set of dog bowls at the cabin so you do not need to pack yours.
**Willow's Edge has a shared driveway with two other cabins and it is steep (however, it flattens out at the top with ample parking that fits four vehicles comfortably). The cabin sits near the top of Willow Mountain Drive, which is a gravel road with some sharp turns. The views at the top are worth the climb! 4x4 or AWD vehicle required to access the cabin (tire chains also advised in icy conditions).
