Walter & Annie Cook Memorial Park is located in historic downtown Todd and serves as the community gathering space. The park is located along Elk Creek, which feeds into the New River just downstream. Todd's family-friendly, free Summer Concert Series and the July 4th Liberty Parade are hosted at Cook Park.

The park is maintained by the Todd Community Preservation Organization - please reach out to them to inquire about facility rentals.
