LeJayFilet LLC offers private chef services for date nights, dinner parties, and extended vacation stays. Chef Jay and his staff will take care of all cooking, cleaning, and planning tasks so that you may enjoy an intimate dining experience! A southern cook at heart, Chef Jay draws his inspiration from the low to the high country, and designs seasonal menus to equally reflect the South’s culinary abundance and highlight the tremendous work local producers take on to support the region.
