Breathe With Trees Forest Therapy
This 2 to 2 ½ -hour experience allows you to slow your pace, open your senses to the present moment, and breathe in the health-boosting compounds given off by trees and plants. Forest bathing is an evidence-based mindfulness practice that is a great tool for lowering stress, restoring balance, and improving your immune system.
