Blowing Rock Country Club: Golf Pro Shop

The Blowing Rock Country Club golf course sits astride the Eastern Continental Divide, 4,000 feet above sea level, partly in Watauga County. The golf course came first and had 9 holes that were open to the public. The club had the grand opening of its original clubhouse in July of 1941. The golf shop was moved to the clubhouse and the order of the golf holes changed to make play begin and end at the clubhouse
