Intro to the Wheel Workshop (2 Hours)
Ready to try the pottery wheel? This beginner-friendly 2-hour class is the perfect introduction to wheel throwing—no experience necessary!
With step-by-step instruction from an experienced instructor, you’ll learn the fundamentals of centering clay, shaping forms, and creating pottery on the wheel. During class, each participant will make two handmade bowls to keep.
All materials, tools, glazing, firing, and instruction are included, so all you need to bring is a willingness to get a little muddy and have fun.
Once your bowls have been glazed and kiln-fired, you can return to the studio to pick them up or have them shipped directly to your home for added convenience.
