This one day event to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community in the high country will be held on Sunday, June 23 from 1-5pm. There will be a parade through downtown at 1pm, and a festival at the Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center at 2pm. Park at the Poplar Grove county social services lot.
Boone Pride was established in 2022 and last year we welcomed over 1,000 people to a march and festival. The event brings the community together with resources, vendors, performers, and a safe space for all to be their authentic selves. This year we are expanding to include several events in the week leading up to the march and festival. Check out our social media on Facebook and Instagram for updates!
