The third annual Boone Docs film festival features short-form documentary films focusing on or from the Appalachian region. The screenings run over a three-hour period with breaks and include conversations with filmmakers and participants.
Friday evening programming begins at 7 p.m.

Audience members will be invited to vote on the “Audience Choice Award” at the conclusion of the event. A “Judges Choice Award” is also presented.
