Appalachian Summer Camp for Adults

Summertime brings back dreamy childhood memories of playing in fields, jumping in cool water, art activities, and ending the day sun drunk. This is an opportunity to connect with nature from our childlike sense of wonder in days full of learning and exploring. When we’re in a space of curiosity and play, nature speaks in ways our inner child can hear. 

This retreat at Willet Ponds Farm is created for the adult who wants to take a step into living in nature, but isn’t quite wanting a full send into the wilderness. You are ready to connect with nature in new and creative ways and like to be active and thoughtfully stimulated, making new pathways with body and mind. This is a soft landing for resetting the circadian rhythm and for feeling into the lengthening of time. We share conversation in open and honest ways while respecting boundaries and differences. We’ll turn off the cellphone, leave substances behind, and be open to what emerges in quiet moments.

Our camp activities include horseback riding, fly fishing, banyan (Russian sauna), crafts, gardening, and more.
